Nunziato & Paige Realty was formed in 1995 as a Partnership by Pamela M. Nunziato and John A. Paige, Jr. and later became Incorporated as Nunziato & Paige Realty, Inc.

Both Officers are Licensed Real Estate Brokers.  Pamela brings over 25 years of full-time experience in the real estate field and has earned the GRI (Graduate of REALTORS, Institute) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and the CSP (Certifed New Home Sales Professional) designations.  John has over 28 years experience in the construction field along with the marketing experience he has from building and selling his own new homes.

As a small firm we offer the careful and personalized attention to detail in helping you reach your goals.  In addition to our new homes sales, we have helped many families and individuals buy and sell real estate in the Capital District.
